Who Are We....
We are a small cottage business. We've been designing and making boxes since 1993. We've been selling our beautiful boxes online since 2007. What our products are made of....
Our boxes are made of paper mache or recycled chipboard. All of our boxes are made with non-toxic paint and adhesives. We use top quality fabrics, trims and embellishments.
Why we don't offer a refund....
Every box or product we offer is handmade. We don't mass produce any item. We have one (1) of every item shown on our website. You'll get what the picture represents as closely as possible. Our wedding card boxes are custom ordered and reflect the preferences of the bride, so we can't be sure somebody else would want the same thing. We try very hard to make our customers happy. Great communication is the key to a good experience. We go over every detail to make sure there is no misunderstanding between us and our customer. We provide a picture of the finished product before it is ever shipped out. When our customer is totally satisfied, we ship the item.

PAYMENT INFO:
We accept PayPal, which is preferred. PayPal is safe, secure and very easy to use. We are PayPal verified so you can shop and purchase with confidence from our website. Payment is required when a custom order is placed. We will email you a PayPal request for payment and you can pay for your item via the email money request.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
To custom order, email us your detailed preferences such as, shape of box, size, color, decorations, etc. We will contact you and go over all the details. All of our products are handmade and payment is expected when the order is placed. After the item is made we'll email you a photo for approval and then ship the item. We'll notify you of the ship date. Most custom orders take four weeks from the time of purchase until delivery.
SHIPPING:
At the present time, we cannot ship orders outside the United States. All items are handmade and some items may take extra time. Allow one week from purchase for crafting, and then ten business days after the order is ready, for shipping. Most items take three weeks. We use USPS and offer free shipping, however if you prefer another carrier email us. There may be an extra charge when using another carrier other than USPS. Email us to discuss other shipping options.
RETURN POLICY:
All items are handmade after purchasing, therefore all sales are final and non-returnable, non-refundable. Any packages that are refused at delivery will incur a $25.00 return processing/restocking fee. If there is ever a problem, we will work to resolve it, that's our promise. We want our customers to be satisfied with our products and our service. Communication is very important and we welcome questions or comments.
